Program Structure: The 3-Year Journey

Graduation: Upon successful completion of the rotations and learning modules, YPs are integrated into the Bank's workforce at the PL5 grade level.

Eligibility Criteria: Who Can Apply?
Competition is intense. Applicants must meet the following strict minimum requirements:
1. Citizenship & Age
- Must be a citizen of a Member Country of the Bank (India is a member country).
- Must be 32 years of age or younger by the closing date (December 31, 2025).
2. Education
- Must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant discipline with outstanding academic credentials.
3. Experience
- At least 3 years of relevant post-graduate work experience.
- Hands-on experience on the African continent or in other developing regions is a significant advantage.
4. Language & Mobility
- Ability to communicate effectively in English or French (knowledge of both is an asset).
- Willingness to live in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, or any other country where the Bank requires services.
