You’ll shape culture, strengthen talent development, modernize HR operations, and partner directly with senior leadership to drive real business impact. Your Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership - Develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational growth and drive companywide digital transformation Talent Management - Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning to attract, develop, and retain employees with a positive, entrepreneurial mindset Employee Engagement - Foster a culture of interdepartmental and international collaboration, mutual appreciation, and continuous improvement Performance & Development - Drive performance management processes and learning programs to enhance skills and support career growth Compliance & Governance - Ensure adherence to Swiss labour laws, HR company policies, and the highest ethical standards HR Operations Excellence - Optimize HR processes, systems, and analytics for efficiency and data driven decision making Leadership Partnership - Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on all people related matters HR Projects - Lead and execute key HR projects to strengthen our long term capabilities and support strategic business goals Who You Are Experienced HR Leader - Master’s degree in HR Management (or equivalent), ideally with focus on international HR and 8–10 years’ experience in international HR, including 5+ years in senior leadership Strategic and Business minded - Confident in turning business goals into impactful HR strategies Strong Communication Skills - Builds strong relationships, inspires trust, and drives alignment across all levels. Excellent command of English (written and verbal).
