Key Responsibilities

The Legal Intern will support the team through the following activities:

• Provide support with general legal research and administrative tasks.

• Observe and contribute to negotiation processes where appropriate.
• Draft initial versions of legal documents under attorney supervision.

Who Should Apply?

Kimco Realty is looking for currently enrolled undergraduate or graduate students with the following qualifications:

• Education: Must be currently enrolled in a business-oriented major (Focus in Real Estate is preferred).
• Skills: Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.

Compensation

This is a paid internship opportunity:
