Overview of the Opportunity
The Eisenhower Global Scholars Program is now accepting applications for the 2026-2027 academic year. This highly prestigious program sends up to four outstanding American university graduates abroad for a year of intensive postgraduate study and professional work experience.
Administered by Eisenhower Fellowships (EF), a global network of over 2,600 leaders, this program is designed for young change agents committed to creating a world that is more peaceful, prosperous, and just. Scholars will not only earn a Master's degree from a top-tier European university but will also integrate into the lifelong EF global network.
Program Tracks & Universities
Scholars will be assigned to one of two prestigious European institutions, depending on their area of focus. All courses are offered in English.
1. Master of Public Policy (University of Oxford, UK)
Institution: Blavatnik School of Government
Focus: Public Service & Effective Governance
This track is designed for students focused on public service and governance. You will study at the historic University of Oxford, engaging with world-class faculty on how to improve governments and public policy outcomes globally.
2. Master in International Relations (IE University, Spain)
Institution: IE School of Global & Public Affairs (Madrid)
Focus: Global Economy, Innovation & Entrepreneurship
This track is suited for students focused on the global economy and entrepreneurship. Located in Madrid, IE University is known for its innovative approach to international relations and business.

This is a fully funded opportunity. Eisenhower Fellowships covers all major expenses associated with the academic year.
