About the Role We are looking for a content creation intern who understands how content travels, and can turn ideas into scroll-stopping posts. In this role, you will assist in creating, publishing, and improving content across TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, primarily focused on IELTS preparation, student journeys, and education-related topics. What You’ll Do Research trends, formats, and viral patterns relevant to IELTS and education content. Create short-form video content (TikTok & Instagram Reels): hooks, scripts, captions, trends Help with basic video editing Maintain a content calendar and assist in consistent posting Analyze what works (views, saves, comments) and iterate accordingly Assist in writing LinkedIn posts Turn long ideas, articles, or discussions into snackable social content We’re Looking Someone Who: Is comfortable being on camera Has a strong command of written English and Nepali Knows the difference between TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn audiences Understands that the first 3 seconds of a video matter more than aesthetics Is reliable with deadlines Can work independently Taken the IELTS test or planning to take soon Nice to Have: Experience running a personal content page or meme page Basic sense of design Interest in startups, business, and ed-tech Familiarity with content analytics (even at a basic level) What You’ll Get Hands-on experience in content creation Your content will go live on our platforms Opportunity for full-time role based on performance Show more Show less
