Defence Research & Development Organisation (DRDO) is inviting applications for a prestigious Paid Internship at the Defence Laboratory, Jodhpur (DLJ). DLJ is a premier lab involved in critical R&D activities like multispectral camouflage, desert sciences, and nuclear radiation management technologies.
This is a golden opportunity for meritorious engineering and science students to gain hands-on experience in defence technologies while receiving a monthly stipend. The internship is for a minimum period of 6 months starting from January 2026.

Electronics (EC): ECE / EIE
Mechanical Engineering (ME)

Computer Science & Engineering (CS)

Eligibility Criteria: Who Can Apply?
To be eligible for this competitive internship, applicants must meet strict academic standards:
1. Educational Qualification
Must be pursuing Final Year B.E / B.Tech OR Final Year M.Tech / M.Sc.
Must be a full-time student from a recognized Indian University/Institute (AICTE/UGC approved).
2. Academic Record
Must have a minimum of 75% marks or 7.5 CGPA.
Selection is based entirely on merit (CGPA/Interview).
3. Age Limit
Candidate must be below 28 years of age.
Stipend & Benefits
Monthly Stipend:₹5,000 per month.
Payment Structure: Paid in two installments (after 3 months and after completion of 6 months).
Certificate: A completion certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of the project and submission of the report.
Note: No boarding or lodging expenses are admissible. Stipend is applicable only if the student is present for a minimum of 15 working days per month.
