1. Claims Investigation & Shadowing

  • Shadowing: Work closely with experienced claims reps and specialists to handle injured workers' claims through completion.
  • Investigation: Investigate facts related to claims by interviewing policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and physicians.
  • Document Review: Review police reports, medical treatment records, and bills to build a complete picture of the claim.

2. Program Development

  • Innovation: Help enhance the claims representative training program by creating innovative methods for information dissemination.

Eligibility Criteria & Schedule
