Position Overview The Bryan Yard Dogs are seeking a highly organized, dependable, and professional Executive Assistant Intern to support the General Manager with day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. This role offers behind-the-scenes exposure to team leadership, operations, and decision-making within a growing sports organization. Responsibilities Provide administrative and operational support to the General Manager Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination Prepare documents, reports, and internal communications Help organize and track projects, deadlines, and priorities Assist with game-day operations and logistics as needed Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communications when appropriate Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times Support various departments and initiatives as assigned Qualifications Seeking a Bachelor’s degree or higher Majoring in business, communications, public administration, or any related fields Strong organizational and time-management skills Professional communication skills (written and verbal) Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace Reliable, proactive, and eager to learn Ability to work flexible hours, including game days Ability to keep information confidential What You'll Gain Direct exposure to sports executive leadership Hands-on experience in team operations and administration Professional mentorship and real-world responsibilities Resume-building experience and professional references Insight into how a sports organization operates behind the scenes Candidates interested in this internship position are asked to include a current resume, a cover letter, and 3 professional or academic references.
