Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Tour Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing tour operations and ensuring excellent service delivery to clients. Key Responsibilities: Communicate professionally with international travelers before, during, and after tours Coordinate and manage tour arrangements, itineraries, and logistics Pick up and drop off clients at airports, hotels, and other designated locations as required Be physically present and assist clients during mountain flights and other special activities Liaise with hotels, airlines, guides, drivers, and other service providers Handle client queries, special requests, and resolve issues promptly Supervise tour execution to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction Prepare tour-related documentation, vouchers, and reports Perform other duties related to tour operations as required by the management Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Management, or a related field (completed) Minimum 3 years of work experience in a tour operation or travel agency in Nepal Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage) Good knowledge of Nepal’s tourist destinations, routes, and travel logistics Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings and weekends Pleasant personality with strong customer service skills Physically fit and willing to travel as required Proficient in basic computer applications (email, MS Word, Excel) Interested candidates are requested to send their updated CV to info@euroasiatreks.com by 1 January, 2025 Show more Show less
