Unilever, the global FMCG giant behind iconic brands like Dove, Knorr, and Lipton, is hiring for its Spring 2026 Internship Program. They are looking for a Market Research and Consumer Insights Intern to join their marketing team in the Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities
As an intern, you will support the biggest innovation projects by gathering insights that drive business decisions.
1. Research & Analysis
Consumer Behavior: Conduct market research and data analysis to understand what consumers want and why.
Surveys: Assist in the development of consumer surveys and focus groups.
Trends: Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to identify opportunities for Unilever brands.
2. Business Impact
Insights: Summarize complex data into actionable insights for marketing business partners.
Presentation: Present your research findings to internal stakeholders, directly impacting brand strategy.
Eligibility Criteria: Who Can Apply?
Unilever is looking for students who are ready to commit to a 5-6 month full-time experience.
1. Academic Status (Strict)
Enrollment: You must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or Master program.
Field: Preference for students studying Marketing or related business fields.
2. Availability & Language
Start Date: Must be available to start on February 23rd or March 2nd, 2026.
Duration: 5 to 6 months (Minimum 32 hours/week).
Language: You must be fluent in Dutch and/or English. (International students fluent in English are welcome).
3. Skills
Strong analytical thinking skills (comfort with data is key).
Understanding of digital marketing principles.
Passion for creativity and high performance.
Compensation & Benefits
Allowance: €625 gross per month.
Travel: Travel reimbursement is provided (if you do not hold a Dutch student travel card).
